Also a Sin-City character Portrait, this is Iago played by Dion Dowling. The shadow was created from his outline, just as the shadows face was created from his. In both cases the ripple filter was used to distort the shape. The black fog is in two layers, one above and one below Iago, both set to darken. They were created with the render/clouds filter, and stretched horitontally.
